You may have seen mentioned on the news that GP Surgeries in Scotland are going to start undertaking testing for COVID-19.
Please note that this has NOT been discussed yet with GP Surgeries and NO equipment or testing kits have been provided to allow us to undertake this.
As yet, GPs have also NOT received Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to allow safe examination of patients with possible COVID-19.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE EXPECTING TO BE TESTED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN HOME AND WILL NOT BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR.
